Dear Customer, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The battery life of the remote control may decrease over time. We recommend using the original charging cable when charging. It is best to charge for at least 3 hours. The battery in the X series is non-removable.

I did get word from Telus that the remote is only IR in the initial setup and once the remote connects to the box it is only Bluetooth no IR. I have tried to add Android TV box and Other but can't get it to learn button commands I only get the continously spinning circle regular or long pressing the Telus remote button nothing registers with the base.
hi ich habe es bereits mit dem support geklärt und konnte einen defekt des hubs eingrenzen. nach rückgabe beim verkäufer und neu bestellung tritt der fehler bei der neuen fernbedienung nicht mehr auf!! bis auf den aufgetrettenen fehler ist die fernbedienung ein definitiv geglückte weiterentwicklung der logitech harmony !! mit der kam ich nie zurecht, mit der X1S dagegen gibts keine probleme mit der einrichtung und steuerung!!!
I know it is infrared only . As for saving other learned commands, that is precisely what it won't do. Volume up/down are the only two buttons that stick; everything else gets tossed.
We apologize, but the software cannot force the saving of learned commands. You may first save other commands that have been successfully learned. Regarding the learning function, it can only learn infrared signals from remote controls. If a remote control or button uses Bluetooth signals, it cannot be learned.
